Inland Respite, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Clerk in Corona, CA. The role focuses on connecting families with Respite Care Providers, coordinating schedules, and handling open shift requests with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years scheduling experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
• Ability to learn WellSky and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client and Respite Care Provider schedules to support staffing.
• Identify qualified, available RCPs based on needs and preferences.
• Match RCPs with families by location, availability, language, care needs and qualifications.
• Arrange interviews and follow up on outcomes and next steps.
• Maintain scheduling records and logs in WellSky and other systems.
