Dem-Con Companies, LLC is seeking a Scale House Operator to manage the facility scale, greet customers, weigh trucks, issue tickets, and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with waste acceptance policies. The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, basic MS Office skills, the ability to learn new software, and willingness to work some Saturdays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish/English to assist a diverse customer base.
• High school diploma or equivalent required for basic duties.
• Proficiency with MS Office and general computer use.
• Willingness to learn new software and systems.
• Ability to work some Saturdays and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet and direct customers entering the facility.
• Monitor all inbound and outbound traffic and operate all scale house functions.
• Operate scales using systems to weigh trucks, issue tickets, maintain accurate records and report materials being transported.
• Weigh vehicles accurately utilizing scale software.
• Troubleshoot software and other technology associated with scale.
• Measure trucks and trailers.
• Understand Dem-Con’s waste acceptance policies and enforce these policies with customers entering the facility.
• Print tickets and manage manifests for all inbound and outbound traffic.
• Balance the cash drawer daily.
• Comply with all company policies/procedures.

Connaissances
