Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a bilingual Sales Trainer (Field Instructor) to train sales teams across the United States in a field-based role based in Irving, TX.

The position requires up to 75% travel and involves delivering instructor-led and virtual training to Canon USA, dealers, and subsidiary sales forces. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of training experience, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to develop curricula.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience delivering skills and product training to sales professionals.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
• Up to 75% coast-to-coast/overnight travel.
• Experience with virtual training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and instructor-led training to sales teams and dealers.
• Coach and observe instructors; develop and maintain curricula.
• Act as subject matter expert for supported programs and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with dealer management to align programs with performance goals.
• Travel to customer sites or Canon training locations to conduct sessions.
