DolFinTech in North Dallas is seeking a bilingual Sales Associate to provide fast, professional service while processing transactions including wires, checks, loans, money orders, and online sales. You will balance cash drawers, protect customer data, and comply with regulations.

Cross-sell products and support marketing initiatives to promote the brand. The role requires Spanish fluency, basic English, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in Spanish; basic English required.
• Able to use keyboard and mouse.
• Detail-oriented with money handling.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions including wires, checks, loans, money orders, bill payments, and online sales.
• Provide prompt customer service and handle inquiries.
• Count and balance cash drawers; ensure accuracy.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet goals.
• Comply with company, state, and federal policies; maintain confidentiality.
• Keep records of transactions using company systems.
• Support marketing/promotional activities in-store and off-site as needed.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
