Job summary

ABC Appliances in Colorado Springs is seeking an energetic, bilingual (English/Spanish) sales and operations specialist. You will help customers select appliances, close sales, and provide exceptional service in a full-time role with room to grow.

The position offers $20/hr base plus commissions, in-house training, and a path to six-figure earnings through performance. Hours are Friday–Tuesday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Sales experience preferred, retail a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right appliance based on needs and budget.
• Build trust and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Educate customers on the value of extended warranties and protection plans.
• Process sales using our in-house software.
• Take photos and create online listings for appliances.
• Clean, paint, and prepare appliances for display and sale.
• Assist with moving appliances (75-150 lbs.) using dollies and proper equipment.
• Cross-train in other areas of the business.

We're building a team for the long term. This position isn't for someone looking to collect a paycheck until something else comes along. We're looking for someone who wants to grow, learn, and become one of the highest-performing salespeople in our company.

We're approximately one month away from hiring. During that time, you're welcome to stop by, meet the team, and see how we operate. Experience selling appliances is a plus, but it's not required. We hire for attitude, work ethic, integrity, coachability, and the ability to learn quickly.
