Mobilelink in Sherman, TX is looking for a Bilingual Sales Advocate to help customers find the right wireless solutions. The role provides training and a defined career path, with earnings from commissions and a supportive team environment.

You will deliver great service, work toward sales goals, and may participate in events to boost customer acquisition and brand awareness. Must be bilingual, 18+, and able to work 32+ hours weekly including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills, attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• 18+ years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding needs.
