Mobilelink USA in Cary, NC is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate to join our Cricket Wireless store family. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions to individuals, families, or small businesses.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in two languages: English and Spanish.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Honesty and integrity with commitment to quality service.
Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs.
Offer tailored solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist store leadership with daily operations and duties.
Achieve sales goals and KPIs; bonus opportunities.
Occasionally participate in outside sales events and promotions.
Attend events as part of employment, including engaging customers and distributing materials.
