Mobilelink USA, Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate to join our Cricket Wireless retail team. This role focuses on delivering solutions, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales goals in a fast-paced store environment.

You will earn via base salary plus commission, with training provided, and opportunities for upward mobility. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, able to work 32+ hours weekly, and have reliable transport within district locations.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two languages: English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions to individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent the Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leadership with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential bonuses.
