Job description

Community Sports Partners is one of the largest and fastest-growing private youth sports operators in the GTA. We are dedicated to providing fun, engaging experiences that create lasting memories for the youth and families in our communities!

We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Manager to lead and manage our outbound telesales team. This is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing a team of SDRs, driving lead generation efforts, and executing business development strategies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong sales background, capable of coaching and motivating the team to achieve sales targets. A key focus of this role is selling sports field rentals to Hispanic clients while also promoting additional offerings such as birthday parties and summer sports camps.

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
  • Leadership and sales team management experience/skills
  • Knowledge of CRM tools to track interactions and update lead information accurately
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales
  • Experience in Sales automation flows and utilization of AI is an asset

Compensation: $2500-3000 USD monthly
