Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years related work experience in sales/customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Bilingual; excellent written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives orders via phone, email, in person, or fax and inputs them into the system.
• Maintains contact with customers and provides progress updates; notifies when orders are ready for pick up.
• Delivers outstanding customer service and addresses questions with a solution-based approach.
• Provides information about products or services and assists with registration for customers.
• Assists other sales departments as needed and backs up cashiers when requested.
