Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. in Texas is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver fast, friendly service and accurately process a range of transactions including wires, checks, loans, money orders, and bill payments.

You will handle cash with care, balance drawers, and protect customer information while adhering to regulatory requirements. You will identify cross-selling opportunities, assist customers, and support branding efforts through consistent, professional service on the sales floor or service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must speak Spanish fluently and have at least basic English.
• Ability to use keyboard and computer mouse.
• Attention to detail with money handling.
• Strong communication skills and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process wires, cash checks, loans, money orders, bill payments, and online sales and top-ups.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and direct them to appropriate services.
• Count and balance cash drawers; verify balances and maintain accuracy.
• Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities to meet sales goals.
• Comply with company, state, and federal policies; protect confidentiality.
• Keep records of all transactions and support marketing/promotional activities.
• Assist with in-store and out-of-store promotions and operational improvements.
