• Learn the system and products, and pricing.
• Make a route daily visiting customers.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Collect customer payments and credits as applicable.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base of products and services for training.
• Reach monthly goals to receive commission.
