Job summary

Norsan Media in Florida is seeking a results-driven bilingual Sales Consultant to help local businesses grow through our advertising solutions across radio, print, digital and events.

You will identify new opportunities, build client relationships, design tailored campaigns, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaigns and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proven sales experience in media/advertising or marketing
• Strong prospecting, networking and presentation skills
• Ability to develop tailored solutions for clients
• Confident in negotiating and closing deals
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
