Job summary

Mobilelink, Cricket Wireless' largest authorized retailer, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Tulsa, OK. You will deliver outstanding customer service, assess needs, and offer tailored wireless solutions to individuals, families, or businesses.

In addition to meeting sales goals and KPIs, you will support store operations, participate in events as needed, and represent the Cricket brand with professionalism. English and Spanish fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages; English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication, positive attitude and basic technical aptitude.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• 18+ years old and legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding needs.
• Build value with tailored solutions for individuals, families or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs and potential bonus payments.
• Occasionally participate in outside events to support customer acquisition.
