Mobilelink, Cricket Wireless' largest authorized retailer in the United States, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate for Oklahoma City. You will help customers choose the right wireless solutions and deliver outstanding service in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two languages: English and Spanish.
• Clear communication and customer-service orientation.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work across multiple locations within a district.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build value by recommending suitable wireless options for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless professionally and uphold brand standards.
• Assist store leadership with daily operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential bonus opportunities.
• Occasionally participate in outside events and community activities to support growth.
