Mobilelink is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate in Tulsa, OK to deliver excellent customer service and tailor solutions for customers at the Cricket Wireless stores. Training and tools will be provided to help you succeed, with a defined path toward leadership and growth within the Mobilelink family.

Role offers unlimited earning potential through commission plans, benefits including health, dental and vision, and PTO after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two or more languages; English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication skills, attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Background in retail sales is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build value by offering thoughtful solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent the Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; bonuses may apply.
• Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities as needed.
