Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home store location and able to work at multiple locations within a district.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value with tailored solutions to fit each customer, family, or business.
• Represent the Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential for bonuses.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotional activities as needed.
• Attend events with notice and support customer acquisition and brand growth.
