Mobilelink in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate who speaks English and Spanish to provide outstanding customer service. You will tailor solutions, represent Cricket Wireless, assist store leadership, and help meet sales goals while participating in community events as needed.

You must be at least 18, legally eligible to work in the U.S., have reliable transport, and be able to work 32 hours per week including evenings and weekends. A strong social media presence is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two or more languages; English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication skills and professional attitude.
• Customer service-focused with honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours weekly including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location and within 30 minutes of multiple stores.
• Ability to operate a PC and follow policies with a neat appearance.
• Capacity to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
