Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate to help customers find the right Cricket Wireless solutions and to provide outstanding service. You will explain plan options, assist with purchases, and support store operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, 18+ years old, and able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with reliable transportation and willingness to participate in events.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two or more languages, English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service mindset with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and understand customer needs.
• Propose tailored Cricket Wireless solutions to fit individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket Wireless professionally and courteously.
• Assist store leaders with daily operations and tasks.
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs and participate in events as needed.
