Mobilelink USA is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate for our Oklahoma City location. You will deliver exceptional customer service, identify customer needs, and provide tailored Cricket Wireless solutions to individuals, families, and businesses.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages; English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication skills; attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work minimum 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customers' needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to fit individual, family, or business needs.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leadership with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; participate in outside sales events as needed.
• Engage with customers at events to support brand awareness and growth.
