Mobilelink USA LLC, a leading Cricket Wireless retailer, is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate in Pine Bluff, AR. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and driving sales while complying with company standards.

You will represent the Cricket brand with professionalism, contribute to store operations, and strive for KPIs with growth opportunities and benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two languages: English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs with potential bonus payments.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities.
• Events may include engaging with customers, promoting Cricket Wireless products, and assisting with setup or breakdown.
