Mobilelink USA LLC in Harlingen, TX is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate to provide exceptional customer service in English and Spanish. You will help customers choose products, build value with tailored solutions, and represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages.
• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and proximity to store locations.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Maintain professional appearance per Team Color policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and understand customers' needs.
