Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate to serve customers with English and Spanish, providing tailored solutions and outstanding service.

You will support store operations, help achieve sales goals and KPIs, and participate in community events when needed. Training and tools are provided, with commission-based earning potential.

Candidates must be 18+, able to work 32 hours weekly, and reside within reasonable distance of Fort Atkinson.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication and customer-service mindset.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.

These events are an extension of regular job responsibilities and are designed to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.Employees will be provided with reasonable notice of scheduled events, and participation is considered a condition of employment. Duties at such events may include, but are not limited to: engaging with customers, representing Cricket Wireless products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.Job Qualifications:Must be fluent in two or more languages.
