Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate to deliver exceptional customer service and tailor solutions for customers in a Cricket Wireless store in the United States. The role emphasizes bilingual communication (English/Spanish), professional representation, and achievement of sales goals.

The position may involve assisting with store operations, participating in promotional events, and representing the Cricket brand with integrity and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish)
• Clear communication skills with positive attitude and technical aptitude
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required
• Age 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities
