Job summary

Luxpowertek, a global solar inverter and energy storage provider, seeks a Sales Support Specialist for the Americas with strong Spanish and English skills. The role focuses on new client development and existing accounts, coordinating orders and follow-ups to sustain long-term partnerships.

You will assist negotiations, manage orders, and monitor market dynamics to shape regional sales strategy. Base salary USD 60k–65k plus commissions, location in the Americas.

Qualifications

• Language: Fluent in Spanish and English for client communication.
• Experience: 1+ year in sales support or business development; PV or power supply industry is a plus.
• Core skills: negotiation, cross-cultural communication, customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support business development across Americas Spanish-speaking markets, including distributor & lead prospecting, cold calling, client follow-up and relationship maintenance.
• Assist commercial negotiations on product specs, pricing, delivery, shipping and payment terms; prep for customer meetings and sales activities.
• Manage full-cycle order coordination, track production and shipment progress for on-time delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries & complaints, account reconciliation and receivables follow-up to ensure timely payment.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support regional sales strategy.
