Job summary

Synergy Labor Solutions in the United States is seeking a bilingual Safety Technician (Industrial) to perform safety inspections, investigations, training, and compliance tasks. The candidate must hold OSHA 500 or 510 certification before 1/1/26 and be capable of working in a demanding industrial environment in De Soto, Kansas. Start date ASAP with competitive pay and per diem.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish or other) and able to communicate in writing and verbally.
• OSHA 500 or 510 certification required prior to 1/1/26.
• Proficiency with safety management software and general MS Office.
• Experience with safety inspections, investigations, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections and audits.
• Investigate accidents and prepare reports.
• Provide safety training and education to staff.
• Monitor safety equipment and PPE usage.
• Perform risk assessments and mitigation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and record keeping.
• Assist with emergency preparedness planning.
