• 2–5 years of construction safety management experience.
• Ability to start this project as soon as possible.
• Excellent writing and computer skills; strong verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong field presence (90%+ of time) to monitor site safety conditions.
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs, inspections, and audits for OSHA compliance.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions in real time.
• Partner with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to promote safety culture.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and pre-task planning sessions.
• Observe activities across trades and ensure safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; document findings and support corrective actions.
• Reinforce positive safety behaviors through coaching.
• Ensure proper PPE use and adherence to safety policies.

Job Description

• Maintain a strong field presence (90%+ of time) to monitor job site safety conditions and behaviors.
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions in real time.
• Partner with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Lead and participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and pre-task planning sessions.
• Observe work activities across multiple trades (mechanical, electrical, structural, etc.) and ensure safe work practices are followed.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; document findings and support corrective action plans.
• Reinforce positive safety behaviors while coaching and mentoring workers on best practices.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements
