United Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Safety Specialist to lead field compliance processes and deliver safety training across USS locations.

This role emphasizes adherence to safety regulations, leading safety meetings, and translating directives into actionable field practices while traveling locally. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has 4+ years in EHS compliance in field operations or transportation, and is proficient with Microsoft Office and incident tracking

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficient understanding of DOT, OSHA, and EPA standards.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.
• Experience in EHS compliance in field operations or transportation.
• Capable of independent work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety stand-downs and huddle meetings to reinforce protocols.
• Perform root-cause analysis in incident investigations and hazards.
• Develop toolbox trainings and updates on safety practices.
• Interpret client safety requirements and USS directives in the field.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Prepare reports on safety observations and audits.
