The Safety Specialist is responsible for managing field compliance processes and delivering safety training across USS locations. This role ensures adherence to safety regulations, leads safety-focused meetings, and engages in proactive safety management to maintain a hazard‑free workplace. The position requires extensive fieldwork and effective communication skills to translate company and client safety directives into actionable field practices.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, as it is necessary to perform job.
This position operates with minimal direct supervision.
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
4‑Year / Bachelor’s Degree in related field such as Construction Management, Project Management or Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance, preferably within field operations or transportation environments.
$66,700.00 – $96,700.00 / year
At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job‑related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
