CORESLAB STRUCTURES (OMAHA), INC. is seeking a Bilingual Safety Coordinator to enforce safety procedures and drive compliance on site in Bellevue, NE.

The role emphasizes English/Spanish communication, incident investigations, and safety training across contractors and employees. The ideal candidate will have OSHA General Industry 30 hr, CPR/First Aid certification, and a proven track record in construction safety with strong organizational skills and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety experience in General and/or Construction
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA standards and reporting requirements
• Experience implementing and auditing safety programs and incident investigations
• CPR and First Aid certified (Trainer certification is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and on-site inspections
• Conduct safety training for new hires, employees, and subcontractors on site
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate safety training and educate employees on best practices
• Maintain all employee training documentation
• Organize forums for active employee participation in safety
