Job summary

You will assist in developing project safety programs, conduct training sessions, and perform regular safety inspections. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of safety experience in construction, possess OSHA 30-hour accreditation, and have strong interpersonal skills. This position involves travel and is full-time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety experience or equivalent education and experience in building construction.
• Working knowledge of safety/environment principles and techniques.
• Strong ability to lead and engage with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing project safety programs.
• Conduct jobsite orientations and safety training for new employees.
• Perform weekly safety inspections and document findings.
• Communicate safety procedures and expectations to project staff and subcontractors.
