Job summary

Ole is seeking a bilingual Safety Coordinator in San Antonio to ensure compliance with EHSS programs across federal, state, and local agencies. The role focuses on OSHA/EPA requirements, safety training, and incident investigations to protect workers and the facility.

You will lead EHSS activities, coordinate audits, and work with management to drive continuous improvement in safety, health, and security practices within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of safety experience in a manufacturing setting.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Bilingual - Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor that the EHSS plan is continuously in compliance.
• Advise management on EHSS legal and other requirements.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate and conduct site audits and EHSS trainings.
• Direct safety teams and safety committee activities across the facility.
