Job summary

The Wonderful Company LLC is seeking a Safety Specialist for EHS Operations in Gloucester City, NJ. This bilingual role focuses on developing and implementing safety procedures to control incidents and health exposures, in collaboration with local facility operations.

Typical duties include incident investigations, safety training, audits, and supporting security-related tasks. The position is full-time, with second shift hours and hourly compensation in the mid- $20s range.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Understanding of packinghouse/warehouse safety practices.
• Experience with OSHA/CAL/OSHA regulations is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and investigate work-related injuries and incidents.
• Lead safety training and support plant personnel on health opportunities.
• Conduct audits and monitor safety programs to meet regulatory standards.
• Assist with security-related duties and incident response as needed.
• Collaborate with facilities, operations, and external partners on safety improvements.
