Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2-3 years of safety experience in a manufacturing setting.

Aufgaben

• Monitor EHSS plan to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations.
• Support line management to meet EHSS goals and requirements.
• Advise management on applicable EHSS legal and other requirements.
• Implement procedures for EHSS programs as per OSHA and EPA.
• Lead staff to prioritize Safety and Health in daily operations.
• Maintain EHSS communications across all levels of the facility.
• Chair EHSS committee, record minutes, and follow up actions.
• Coordinate progress tracking of government regulations compliance.
• Direct plant safety teams and multi-plant safety council.
• Review accident statistics and suggest corrective actions.
• Lead investigations to identify root causes and corrective measures.
• Conduct and coordinate site audits with EHSS team.
• Perform routine safety walk-throughs for OSHA-related checks.
• Revise and file necessary documentation per reporting requirements.
• Manage injury records and workers' compensation claims RTW.
• Assist EHSS Manager with annual agency reports.
• Provide EHSS trainings to employees and contractors.
• Update training matrices and safety violation notices.
• Address emergencies and implement workplace improvements.
• Maintain punctual attendance and fit-for-duty readiness.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
