Job summary

Compact Industries, Inc. is seeking a Training & Development professional to develop, coordinate, and facilitate training and safety programs for employees.

You will conduct orientations, on-the-job training, and ongoing development of training modules, including documentation in Alchemy, while coordinating with department leadership to monitor progress. The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in training, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced food

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Training & Development experience.
• Food industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions such as new employee orientation and on-the-job training.
• Evaluate and train department trainers.
• Ensure all training documentation is accurate and updated.
• Monitor training status with department leadership.
• Develop and promote positive working relationships at all levels.
• Enter training modules into Alchemy.
• Assess ongoing training needs and develop solutions/modules.
• Conduct monthly safety walks and meetings; communicate trainings.
• Create toolbox talks and other training documents.
• Complete corrective action forms for safety incidents.
• Provide retraining to ensure policy compliance.
• Uphold GMPs and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
