Job summary

AT&T’s Brooklyn retail team is seeking a bilingual Retail Sales Consultant to help customers navigate devices and services with personalized sales expertise. You’ll meet sales targets, earn commission, and connect communities through AT&T’s product ecosystem in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves consultative selling on the floor, community involvement, and scheduling that may include weekends. Strong English and Russian skills are a plus, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You'll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You'll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• No sales experience? We'll provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.
