AT&T’s Brooklyn retail team is seeking a bilingual Retail Sales Consultant to help customers navigate devices and services with personalized sales expertise. You’ll meet sales targets, earn commission, and connect communities through AT&T’s product ecosystem in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves consultative selling on the floor, community involvement, and scheduling that may include weekends. Strong English and Russian skills are a plus, with full training provided.

Our new Retail Sales Consultant's earn between $27,000– $48,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
