Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Brooklyn, NY. You will use a consultative approach to help customers choose from AT&T’s devices and services, and you’ll be part of a community through events and online order fulfilment.

Candidates with bilingual Arabic and English abilities are welcome; prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided for those new to sales. Expect a 9am–9pm schedule incl. weekends with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Arabic and English required or preferred.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching are provided.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to guide customers through options.
• Support events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls.
• Work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with two weeks' notice for shifts.
