British American Household Staffing in Miami Beach is seeking a rotational live-in nanny who speaks both Spanish and English to join a private family.

The role follows a 1 week on, 1 week off cycle, with 24/7 coverage during on-weeks and housing provided. Start date is November/December; travel may be required.

Responsibilities include full-time childcare during on-weeks, routines, meals, room upkeep, and coordination with the off-week nanny for consistent routines.

Qualifications

• Rotational nanny experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Organized, proactive and consistent across handoffs.
• Long-term placement mindset and flexibility for travel.

Responsabilités

• Full-time childcare during on weeks, including overnight care.
• Manage daily routines, meals, and age-appropriate activities.
• Maintain child's room, laundry, and play areas.
• Coordinate handoffs with the off-week nanny for consistency.
• Travel domestically and internationally with the family as needed.
