Job summary

British American Household Staffing is seeking an exceptional ROTA nanny for a long-term live-in role with a Miami family. The position follows a 14-day rotation, with travel both domestic and international, and a daily schedule from 7:00am to 8:00pm, including flexibility for night coverage.

The ideal candidate loves children of multiple ages, can read the room, stays professional under changing circumstances, holds CPR/First Aid certification, and has a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional nanny experience.
• Previous ROTA schedule experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Must be local to the Miami area or willing to relocate (relocation assistance preferred).
• Fly-in, fly-out arrangements should be within ~3 hours of Miami.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional, and nurturing care for three children of varying ages.
• Manage daily routines, schedules, activities and appointments.
• Travel with the family domestically and internationally; pack/unpack for children.
• Maintain a calm, professional, and organized presence in the household.
• Support children's development with age-appropriate play and learning activities.
• Assist with light child-related household tasks and meal prep for kids.
