Job summary

Home Work Staffing is seeking a full-time Rotational Nanny in San Francisco, CA for two children aged 1 and nearly 3. The role operates on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation with live-in housing during your rotation and a private bedroom.

The family prioritizes warmth, routine consistency, and professional boundaries, with strong preference for West Coast carriers. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of nanny experience with infants/toddlers, CPR/First Aid, and are capable of travel to SF for

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional nanny experience with infants and toddlers.
• Prior rotational nanny experience strongly preferred.
• Based on the West Coast, with reliable travel to San Francisco for each rotation.
• Able to commit to a long-term 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong swimmer who is comfortable swimming with young children.
• Must be able to provide 3-5 professional references.
• Local candidates only: must live no farther away than Las Vegas.
• West Coast candidates strongly preferred; travel between rotations stays easy.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time, attentive care for a 1-year-old and a nearly 3-year-old during on-rotation weeks.
• Keep daily routines in place for naps, meals, play, and bath time.
• Plan age-appropriate activities that support early development, language, and social skills.
• Help with toddler milestones, including potty training readiness.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
• Do child-related light housekeeping, including children's laundry and tidying play areas.
• Communicate clearly with the parents and rotating nanny for smooth handoffs between rotations.
• Keep a daily log or updates so care stays consistent.
• Be flexible to cover occasional evenings or nights as needed.
