British American Household Staffing seeks an experienced live-in nanny/housekeeper for a Miami-based family with travel to New York and beyond. The 4-month-old requires attentive infant care alongside light housekeeping and household support. The role includes frequent travel and staying discreet to protect family privacy.

The candidate should be flexible, travel-ready, CPR certified, and able to work 40–50 hours weekly. Portuguese or Spanish language skills are a plus in this private household.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in ultra-high net worth or high-profile private households.
• Strong infant care knowledge covering feeding, sleep schedules & routines.
• Experience managing light housekeeping alongside childcare.
• Mature, discreet demeanor with strong confidentiality boundaries.
• Willingness to travel frequently and for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate the child's needs and keep baby items organized and prepared.
• Provide attentive, consistent infant care including feeding & sleep schedules.
• Handle light housekeeping related to the child; nursery and laundry.
• Travel with the family; be ready to pack quickly with diaper bag ready.
• Maintain a calm, discreet presence; respect family privacy.
• Collaborate with household staff; take clear responsibility for the child's care.
