Job summary

New York Health (NYH) is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Urology team who is bilingual in Spanish/English. The role is based in Washington Heights, NY with 4/10 shifts Tue-Fri, 8am-6pm and a Mon day off.

You will administer ADT, assist with catheter care, support pre/post-op processes, and ensure accurate charting in the EMR. The ideal candidate has NYS RN licensure, BLS, strong assessment and communication skills, and the ability to travel to NYCBS locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid New York State Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification is required.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with an EMR system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer ADT and testosterone injections per orders and protocols.
• Perform bladder instillations and assist PTNS treatments.
• Change suprapubic and Foley catheters and provide care.
• Assist with office-based procedures across pre-, intra-, and post-op phases.
• Conduct pre- and post-operative patient calls including education and follow-up.
• Manage provider inbox and respond with timely patient triage.
• Support provider workflows and daily clinical operations.
• Participate in on-site training and staff orientation.
• Document all care and communications accurately in the EMR.
