Job summary

New York Health (NYH) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who is bilingual in Spanish/English to support urology services in Washington Heights, NY. The role involves 4/10 hour shifts (Tue–Fri, 8am–6pm) with a Monday on-call/rotation day off, and requires NY RN licensure and BLS.

Responsibilities include administering ADT and injections, bladder care, catheter changes, pre/intra/post-op assistance, patient education, and clinical documentation in the EMR.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS RN license is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Excellent assessment and communication skills.
• Proficiency with an electronic medical record (EMR) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer ADT and testosterone injections per orders and protocols.
• Perform bladder instillations and assist PTNS treatments.
• Change suprapubic and Foley catheters and provide catheter care.
• Assist in office-based procedures across pre, intra, post op phases.
