Qualifications

• Bilingual – English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate and treat patients in the medical office under physician supervision.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests; communicate results clearly.
• Prescribe treatment and manage patient care in collaboration with physician.
• Provide direct education to patients and families about conditions and prognosis.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with documentation standards.
• Communicate variations from normal findings to supervising physician.
• Participate in quality assurance, process improvement and continuity of care.
