Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate and treat patients in the medical office under physician supervision and collaboration.
• Develop and implement treatment plans; evaluate patient outcomes; refer to physician as needed.
• Prescribe treatments and perform procedures within scope; monitor adverse responses.
• Provide patient and family education regarding medical conditions and wellness.
• Collaborate with physician and health care team; document in medical records.
• Ensure documentation, coding/billing compliance; assist with quality/safety audits.
• Demonstrate organization values and support service excellence.
