Maximus is seeking a Health Specialist (RN) to support the CDC INFO program. You will respond to health inquiries with clinical expertise, follow established scripts, perform targeted searches, and document interactions clearly for public health audiences. The role requires an active RN license and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Training runs Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM ET; after training, shifts vary and may include evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and active RN license required.
• Experience with medical, scientific or public health topics.
• Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to perform efficient online searches and document inquiries clearly.

Responsabilités

• Provides advanced clinical inquiry responses to health-related inquiries.
• Provides medical subject matter expertise and performs advanced database searches.
• Composes documents, reports, and correspondence; documents all inquiries.
• Participates in special projects as required.
