Maximus is seeking an experienced health inquiry specialist to provide advanced clinical responses to consumers, educators and professionals. You will apply medical subject matter knowledge and CDC topic familiarity to resolve inquiries with precise documentation.
Role requires a nursing degree with an active RN license, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong online research and communication skills. Remote/flexible setup supported by home-office requirements.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing and active RN license required.
- Clinical knowledge of CDC topics and public health.
- Fluent English and Spanish; strong listening and writing skills.
- Proficient internet search and ability to learn software quickly.
- Experience in call center, Telehealth, or phone support is a plus.

- Provide advanced clinical inquiry responses to health inquiries.
- Offer medical subject matter expertise and perform complex database searches.
- Compose documents, reports, and correspondence; document all inquiries.
- Participate in special projects as required.
