Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking an experienced bilingual Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) to support workers' compensation in the Denver area. This 1099 independent contractor role is hybrid field-based with travel within Denver and surrounding areas, focusing on care coordination and return-to-work outcomes.

You will liaise among providers, employers, adjusters, attorneys, and carriers, coordinating treatment plans and documenting progress in electronic systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
• 3+ years of workers' compensation field case management experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfort with electronic documentation systems.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the Denver area.
• Professional liability insurance or the ability to obtain it.
• CCM, CRRN, or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor treatment plans, attending medical appointments as needed.
• Assess medical necessity and treatment progress.
• Plan return-to-work and transitional duty.
• Coordinate IMEs and job site evaluations.
• Complete timely, detailed case reports.
