Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking a Bilingual Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) for Workers' Compensation on a 1099 independent contractor basis in Fort Myers / Naples, FL. The role is flexible, hybrid, and field-based, coordinating care across providers, employers, adjusters, and attorneys.

Ideal candidates have Florida RN licensure, 3+ years in workers' comp case management, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to work independently with a flexible caseload.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license is required.
• 3+ years of Workers' Comp Field Case Management experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Comfort working independently with a flexible caseload.
• Reliable transportation across Florida.
• Malpractice insurance, or ability to obtain it.
• CCM, CRRN, or similar certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee medical treatment plans.
• Attend appointments and evaluate treatment progression.
• Communicate across providers, employers, attorneys, and carriers.
• Assess medical necessity and appropriateness of care.
• Prepare timely, detailed case management reports.
• Support return-to-work and transitional duty planning.
• Coordinate IMEs and job site evaluations.
